I found this recipe online to make rainbow cupcakes and in my excitement I showed them to Kaitlyn. She loved them and asked me to make them for her school class for her birthday. So on April 1st (the school day closest to her b-day) I brought all 36 cupcakes! Be forewarned that this recipe takes patience! It took close to 3 hours to make two batches! Here is a picture! I only got this one picture before my camera battery died, boo.

I didn't hear what the class response was to the cupcakes? Did they realize they were special? Or did the kids just gobble them up?
The kids loved them! They actually appreciated them more than I thought they would!
